As Genpact strengthens its Knowledge Management ecosystem to enable Growth teams with high quality content for creating superior and faster solutions, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring relevant content creation / co-creation / curation.
They will be responsible for working with allocated business teams to understand their business priorities, offerings & solutions, and accordingly create and execute content strategies to deliver business impact. They will be responsible for ensuring content relevancy, readiness, and quality at all times and should be able to assess and evaluate the reuse of knowledge and propose solutions for improved usage. They should be able to participate in the function's strategic agenda which will include cultural change, process design and technology implementation / enhancement projects
Responsibilities
The Knowledge Transformation Analyst will work closely with business teams to co-create / curate and harvest content, ensure timely and effective content governance, manage content health and drive usage of content and technology adoption. They will own the strategic and operational duties associated with business content readiness and establish governance mechanisms to improve the overall knowledge ecosystem(s).
Tech Enablement
- .Good exposure to technologies such as SharePoint premium, Coveo / BA Insights to drive Knowledge automation and Enterprise search across applications
- .Ability to identify process gaps and drive automation / workflow initiatives through Power Automate / SharePoint Workflows
- .Exposure to GenAI to enable dissemination of knowledge to users in their flow of work through Chatbots / summaries
Content Creation / Co-creation / Curation and Harvesting
.Upkeep of central knowledge spaces.Build and upkeep of research intelligence and content engine.Continuous content gap assessment basis business strategy and needs.Partner with businesses in the creation of content - solving for business priorities, challenges.Defining and executing harvesting processes for explicit and tacit knowledge.Content health management involving refresh and archival.Adherence to quality templates and guidelines.Driving adoption with the targeted user baseCommunity Management & Content Governance
.Monitor, manage, and curate conversations across relevant communities / platforms to ensure relevant conversations / content is plugged back into the official knowledge communities able to carve out new / upcoming themes and then partner with businesses in build of the same.Running constant & tight governance on content refresh, ensuring readiness of client ready collaterals at any given point in time.Management of community microsites in coordination with the IT project office through change requests or new code developmentCommunication to build awareness and enhance leverage
.Create and maintain a collection of success stories that demonstrate examples of the content and technology platform providing business value.Proactive communication / awareness sessions to enhance usage and adoption.Monitor Member Activity and Adoption levels and course correct / proactively ensure ongoing health of the communityCommunity Enhancement / Technical issues Management
.Liaison with business to gather requirements and translate those to the technology teamsQualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Graduate with relevant content curation / co-creation and knowledge management experience.Experience in content identification, co-creation / curation, harvesting, sanitization, meta-data & taxonomy, overall content lifecycle management.Experience in knowledge management implementation for business communities (knowledge reuse assessment, adoption trends & analysis, cultural change& impact, and technology design).Understanding of tools such as Microsoft Copilot / Generative AI, Coveo, BA Insights, Sinequa, SharePoint premium.Savvy with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to engage with senior stakeholders globally, understand and align with their business priorities, and work with knowledge partners to translate these to content and knowledge needs.Ability to understand content needs for business growth and prepare knowledge management plans to collate, evaluate and update knowledge artifacts on an ongoing basis.Experience in co-creating and curating content - this will be aligned to specific knowledge needs of industries, service lines & capabilities (Digital, Advisory).Good understanding of knowledge management concepts, mechanisms, processes, content management tools, and collaboration tools - specifically Microsoft SharePoint, MS Teams, and related productsPreferred Qualifications / Skills
