About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Strategic Transformation Team. This high-impact role is ideal for individuals passionate about leading change, driving operational excellence, and enabling organizational growth through cross-functional strategic initiatives. As a part of this core team, you will work closely with senior leadership to conceptualize, plan, and execute business transformation strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive enterprise-wide transformation projects from strategy to execution, aligning with long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change.-
• Develop detailed project plans, frameworks, and roadmaps to support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct business analysis, data-driven assessments, and benchmarking to guide decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess the impact of transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and updates to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, digital innovation, and best practices in transformation and change management.
