About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hiring for sales roles across various levels and should be confident in building talent pipelines, managing client requirements, and delivering high-quality recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Business Development positions.

Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Negotiate salaries and close offers within defined timelines.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on Sales hiring .

Proven ability to work with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and sourcing techniques.

Proven ability to work with Prime Vendors

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .

Experience in stakeholder management and working with hiring managers.
