Job Description :

Role Overview : As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and administrators to architect robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security, using primarily Configuration and Customization where needed (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical designs.
• Design the overall Salesforce architecture, including data model, integrations, customizations, and third-party applications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce development teams, ensuring best practices and adherence to architectural standards.
• Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, Approval processes and email Alerts.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using Mulesoft, REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On, etc.
• Conduct technical assessments, code reviews, and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
• Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code.
• Define governance processes, standards, and best practices for Salesforce development and implementation.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and guidance on Salesforce architecture and capabilities.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assign user stories, identify / resolve gaps in functional user stories / business requirements.
• Demo enhancements and features to business stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and / or defects which may be reported because of faults in the production system.
