NCC ANO

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Associate NCC Officer (ANO) to lead and coordinate NCC activities at our University.

Role Purpose :

As the ANO, you will be the driving force behind our NCC initiatives, guiding students in training, discipline, and participation in community and national service programs.

💼 Key Responsibilities :

✅ Organize & supervise NCC training sessions, parades, and camps

✅ Motivate and guide students to enroll and actively participate in NCC activities

✅ Maintain discipline and foster leadership qualities among cadets

✅ Act as the liaison between the University and the NCC unit / Commanding Officer

✅ Keep accurate records of cadet enrollment, attendance, and performance

✅ Facilitate cadet participation in community service, adventure activities, and national events

✅ Promote patriotism, responsibility, and social service values among students

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements :

📌 Must fulfill eligibility as per NCC rules and regulations

📌 Strong leadership skills, discipline, and ability to motivate students

📌 Prior NCC experience (preferred but not mandatory)
