Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and supporting overall HR management. This role involves ensuring smooth operational practices within the Human Resources department and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HR Management, HR Operations, and implementing HR strategies
• Experience in handling Employee Relations and understanding workplace dynamics
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and best practices in compliance and procedure
• Broad expertise in Human Resources (HR), including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
