Reporting to : Solid Line to Talent Management Lead ( Corp. Ops & Quality) & Dotted line to Plant HR Head
ROLE OVERVIEW / PURPOSE
This role is responsible for shaping and driving the people development and cultural agenda at the site under the guidance and support of Talent Management Lead (Corp. Ops & Quality) and Plant HR Head. The position focuses on building organisational capability through Talent Management, Learning & Development and OD interventions, while fostering an environment of trust, inclusion and high engagement.
OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities : Talent Management :
- Seamless implementation of Talent Management Process at the site
- Track individual development plans and intervene wherever necessary
- Track progress, collect feedback and facilitate developmental conversations with managers and employees.
Learning and Development :
Act as Department Training AdministratorTraining Need Identification at the site and fulfilling the requirementsDrive the execution of centrally designed training projects at the siteDiversity & Inclusion :
Design and implement D&I strategies at the site in consultation with Corporate & Site HR LeadershipEnsure equal opportunity practices are embedded across the siteEmployee Wellbeing :
Drive wellbeing initiatives at the site to ensure a resilient workforce with Physical, Mental, Social and Financial wellnessCompliance :
Track and ensure cGMP & Statutory compliance standards are maintained at the siteEmployee Connect & Engagement :
