Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Executing the organization's talent acquisition strategy
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from defining job descriptions to managing the offer process
- Lead and manage a small team of recruitment manager and recruiter
Manpower Planning
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specificationsCollaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profilesSourcing
Work with registered vendors to source the candidates as per requirementsUsing job boards, social networks, and other platforms to source potential candidatesImplementing new sourcing methods and maintaining a network of potential candidatesUse employee referral and IJP as sources of internal hiring processLeadership Hiring
Source and screen the profiles for leadership positionsTalent mapping to identify the right profilesInterview and comp discussion
Use innovative methods to screen the candidatesScreening and interviewing potential candidatesIdentify and implement psychometric assessment tools to identify the right fitNegotiating compensation and contractual agreements with new hiresRecruitment Analytics
