About You And This Role
Liferay is seeking a People Services Specialist to manage HR operations for our India workforce and also support our UAE and Saudi Arabia offices. This role ensures smooth execution of payroll, statutory compliance, HRIS management, employee lifecycle processes, and policy administration in alignment with business needs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations within tech / IT environments and a strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory regulations applicable to technology companies (Shops & Establishments Act, IT / ITES norms, contract staffing, overtime, POSH, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, TDS, LWF).
Experience in UAE / Saudi HR operations (payroll, WPS, GOSI, visa administration) and Talent Acquisition is a distinct advantage.
The role requires tech-savviness, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across geographies.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Electronic City, Bengaluru (Mon–Fri). Fluency in English is required.
