Job Summary

Full-time role in Faridabad with one day off per week. Manage property listings, lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, video creation for new projects, and site visits for local commercial / residential properties. Requires minimum 2 years' experience, own vehicle, discipline, and professional attire. Include weekly / monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and manage property portal listings.

Follow up on leads and drive conversions.

Create property videos for new launches.

Conduct site visits using your own vehicle and share local project knowledge.

Maintain professionalism and submit regular reports.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' real estate experience in Faridabad.

Strong communication, negotiation, and lead management skills.

Knowledge of local market trends and basic video tools.

Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Bachelor's degree preferred; experience prioritized.
