Responsibilities :

• Independently lead UX design initiatives and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.
• Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions.
• Facilitate user testing sessions to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and apply methodologies to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to guide product strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.

Requirements Requirements : 4–7 years of professional experience in UI / UX design, with a minimum of 3 years in UX-specific roles. Proven expertise in both UI and UX design—primary skills in UI, with strong secondary capabilities in UX. Proficiency in user experience design principles and methodologies. Hands-on experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Demonstrated ability to create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (15 years of full-time education required). Must be based in the Pune office and available for on-site work.
