Job Title : UI / UX Designer.

Experience : 3-4 Years.

Location : Pune Erandwane (On-site).

Joining : Immediate joiners preferred.

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and creative UI / UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Pune (Erandwane).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand product requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop pixel-perfect UI designs and collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
  • Maintain design consistency across all platforms and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI / UX design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a UI / UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI / UX design projects (web & mobile).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Good understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), interaction design, and usability principles.
  • Ability to work closely with developers and product managers in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
