Job Description

As a Staff Accountant you’ll prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, investigate, and resolve discrepancies as needed.

This role requires excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage and work with a cross-functional team. • Prepare financial statement variance or fluctuation analysis and ensure documentation has meaningful explanations for fluctuations and identify anomalies.
• Create desktop procedures and thorough documentation for the assigned accounts and functions.
• Assist with preparing and putting together supporting PBC schedules for ongoing audit in the process.
• Review query reports based on checklist procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
• Assist on projects designated on the roadmap for the process development in accounting team.

High attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
