Assistant Manager - Sales the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Assistant Manager Sales to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance market share for our assigned business segment.
The role involves a mix of sales, account management, technical business development, and strategic market planning, with a strong focus on switchgear Implement sales and growth business plans through effective account management.
- Provide technical business development support and gather market intelligence.
- Drive continuous business growth by managing and supporting customers in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
Achieve revenue and sales targets within the assigned territory.Provide technical guidance to clients, recommending the best Schaltbau product solutions.Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, assess competition, and develop market strategies.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and payment Education : BE (Electrical) and MBA (preferably in Sales / Marketing).Experience : 8 to 10 years in product management or service within the Material Handling Industry.Strong knowledge of power electronics and switchgear products.Understanding of commercial aspects, including product costs, life cycle costs, and tendering processes.Skills & Competencies :
