Your Tasks
- Coordinate onsite improvement projects by liaising with various stakeholders, including maintenance teams, contractors, and HQ personnel
- Update and digitalize maintenance checklists to ensure accuracy and efficiency in maintenance operations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures based on the outcomes of onsite improvement projects to streamline maintenance processes
- Monitor and track progress of improvement projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related fieldStrong Project Management qualificationMinimum of 8-10 yrs experience ( preferably from wind industry)Proven experience in maintenance operations, project coordination, and process improvementStrong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel / Word for documentation management . Knowledge in SAPStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in digital tools and software for maintenance management and documentation.
