Senior Technical Specialist

As a Senior Technical Specialist in Application Product E2E System Testing & Quality Engineering, this role focuses on ensuring the high-quality delivery of products using Open Source K8s, RHEL OpenShift, and Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google). It is responsible for end-to-end testing, test automation, and contributing to performance improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Lead application product testing across multiple platforms, including Open Source K8s, RHEL OpenShift and Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Contribute to test automation efforts using Robot Framework, Python, and Selenium, including script writing, failure analysis and debugging.
• Develop and review comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring extensive coverage of functional, boundary and negative scenarios.
• Build working relationships with Product Management, Architecture, Development and Project Management teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Initiate and contribute to performance improvement initiatives, ensuring that the application products meet performance benchmarks.
• Stay at the forefront of new technologies, including Microservices, Kubernetes, SDN / NFV, and Cloud solutions, to continuously improve testing practices and solutions.
• Drive product quality by identifying testing improvements and focusing on the overall software development and testing lifecycles.
• Work effectively with multi-site teams, handling customer queries and contributing to timely and high-quality project deliverables.
