Role Summary

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead our Digital Experiences, onboard and offboard . This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end experiences across key touchpoints that connect customers, dealers, fleet operators, and the vehicle. You will oversee web, and embedded in-vehicle platforms, and partner with engineering, design, data, and regional business teams to drive world-class user experiences.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem—leading teams that design and scale platforms that simplify onboarding, enhance vehicle usage, and optimize the ownership journey for both consumers and commercial fleets.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmaps

• Define a compelling multi-year product strategy and annual roadmaps for dealer tools, fleet management tools, customer websites, and embedded vehicle apps.
• Maintain a strong pulse on market trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior to inform prioritization.
• Champion a data-informed & customer-centric approach to roadmap development and iteration.
• Balance long-term platform investments with short-term feature delivery, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt solutions for local market needs, including compliance and partner integrations.
