AGM / GM- School Expansion and Operations

Job Description :

Aditya Group is looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to oversee the expansion and quality management of preschools and K-12 schools within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our network, ensuring high standards, and supporting school operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and onboard new K-12 schools by generating leads through campaigns and networking.
• Conduct due diligence for potential franchise partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and affiliating bodies compliances.
• Prepare DPR, Catchment Analysis and feasibility study for the proposed location.
• Visit schools regularly to monitor quality and compliance.
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities to enhance school visibility and admissions.
• Supervise marketing events, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between schools and the corporate office for operational support.
• Implement and execute growth strategies for new schools.
• Ensure all services are effectively planned, delivered, and evaluated to meet school requirements.
