Job Summary :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely project execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the point of contact for assigned clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams (creative, digital, design, etc.).
• Coordinate and follow up on deliverables to ensure timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Support the senior servicing team in day-to-day client interactions and project management.
• Handle client feedback constructively and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client competitors to provide proactive suggestions.
