About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality technical talent across various domains. You will partner closely with hiring managers, understand technical skill sets, and manage the complete recruitment life cycle to support our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering, product, and technology leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and closing candidates.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidates’ skill levels and cultural fit.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for multiple technical roles (e.g., developers, DevOps engineers, QA, data scientists, cloud engineers, product managers).
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track activities, maintain records, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at tech meetups, career fairs, and recruitment events.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to refine recruitment processes and improve quality of hire.
