Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau and a solid foundation in data analysis and reporting. This role involves working across the analytics layer of our multi-module platformspanning Quality, Knowledge Management, Helpdesk, Recruitment, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering insightful dashboards and high-level reports for senior stakeholders, clients, and leadership :

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineering, and operations.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from MySQL databases.
• Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support strategic decision-making through meaningful data representation and :
• Proven hands-on experience with Tableau (design, development, and optimization).
• Strong command of MySQL and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand business goals and translate them into clear, data-backed visual stories.
• Experience working with product, project, or engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
