Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Tale Caller to join our team at Autotrade Design Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The Tale Caller will play a key role in engaging potential clients and introducing them to our exceptional automotive design solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in telecalling to communicate effectively with potential clients and generate interest. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in lead generation to identify and create a pipeline of prospective customers. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong product knowledge to command authority and confidently answer client inquiries. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to perform accurate data entry related to client interactions and lead tracking.
- Capability in outbound calling to reach out to a wide audience and foster client relationships.
- Skilled in delivering a persuasive sales pitch to convincingly present our services.
- Demonstrated achievement in meeting sales targets within a defined period.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct telecalling activities to introduce and promote company's automotive design solutions to potential clients.Generate and nurture leads through effective communication and relationship management.Understand and convey product information to accurately inform potential customers.Maintain detailed records of client interactions, lead status, and conversations in the CRM system.Make outbound calls to drive interest and arrange meetings with sales representatives.Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals and targets.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition.Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
