Job Role in Brevity :
You are the brand custodian supervising, executing client campaigns and month-on-month SoW deliverables including (and not limited to) social media channel and community management, content creation, digital public relations, media promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events etc. along with a keen eye on the Billings / Finances and their follow-ups.
Roles and responsibilities :
Required experience in Account management : 1-2Years
A) Client Solutions
Assist in executing marketing, influencer, and digital campaigns for multiple clients across different verticals
Act as a point of contact for assigned clients and ensure timely responses to routine inquiries and requests.
Support upselling efforts identifying opportunities within existing accounts and working with senior team members to pitch new services
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities
Support the ideation and execution of content, product promotions, and brand events
B) Research, Reports and Audits
Create monthly social media status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes (verbatims) and monitoring results; work with analytics team and oversee preparation of metrics, tracking and activity reports as based on client reporting needs
Create social plans and research audits including (and not limited to) content strategy plans, competition research briefs and digital audits improve current offerings
C) Billing and Finance
Keep a track of all finance and billing matters
Follow-up with clients on outstanding
Track creatives for SoW client Billings
Must haves :
Clear understanding of digital marketing and agency operations
Ability to track and report on key performance metrics
Strong coordination and time management skills
Proactive attitude towards identifying client needs and ensuring seamless execution

Content Strategist / Digital Project Management Background
Basic understanding of SEO and SEM understanding
