We are looking at an Accounts executive who knows the nitty gritties of accounting , data entry with proper Narration and can have a knack of problem solving, primary responsibilities NOT limited to though will be as follows : -
Your roles and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following :
Sending receipt & payment reports of the previous day
Weekly report of receivables and BG / LC dues, expiry and credit report due (every Monday)
Daily fund planning and cash flow management
Monitoring expected receipts and upcoming payments for the day
Weekly follow-ups for account confirmations and outstanding payments (with daily follow-ups for high-value or long-pending dues)
Review of GST and TDS workings prepared by Sushant, payment of liabilities, and sharing data with the CA
Processing all bank payments for all companies / individuals
Salary calculation and processing for companies
Recording all bank and expense entries in Tally with appropriate narrations
Payment of utility bills and insurance premiums
Tracking FD maturity and investments (including XIRR, applicable tax rates, and investment duration)
Preparing stock statements for banks to set D / P Limit every month. Daily bank reconciliations
Liaison with CA, CS, bankers, and other stakeholders for legal or compliance-related matters
Preparation of accounts for finalization for all companies, individuals, and HUFs
Preparation and submission of stock statements
Handling investments and redemptions in equity shares, AIF, PMS, mutual funds, and related Tally entries
Advance tax calculations and payments
Settlement of accounts with debtors, creditors, and loans
Sending account statements to debtors as needed
Checking and following up on 26AS TDS mismatches
Preparing documentation for Income Tax and GST notices and appeals
Monthly GST reconciliation and book closure
Ensuring all statutory compliances for companies and individuals
Timely completion of ROC / RBI compliances
Regular maintenance of bookkeeping and accounting systems
Employment Terms : (HR policy effective as on date, could change from time to time)
Probation Period : 90 day / 3 months
Notice Period : 90 days / 3 months
Office Timings : 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM (Monday to Saturday, with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off)
Flexibility : There may be instances where work may require extended hours
Holidays : 16 national and festival holidays annually
Leave Policy : 12 paid sick / emergency leaves per year; all other leaves will be unpaid
