Job Description :

• Requirements Gathering : Ability to define business and functional requirements by engaging with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
• Solution Design : Expertise in collaborating with Solution Architects and Developers to create high-level and low-level solution designs.
• Product Vision : Capability to work closely with the Product Owner to shape and contribute to the Product Vision.
• Backlog Management : Proficiency in owning and managing the Product Backlog, documenting requirements in User Stories, and securing sign-off from the Product Owner before development.
• Functional Design : Ensure that solutions meet user needs and are consistent with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
• Development Support : Provide daily support to the Development Team, including detailed specifications and descriptions of User Stories.
• Dependency Management : Skill in managing dependencies of the Product Backlog with other products.
• Configuration and Testing : Ability to perform basic configuration tasks and execute tests effectively.
• Training and Documentation : Contribute to the development of training materials, process documentation, and Gap Analysis.
• User Support : Assist Key Users in testing activities, providing guidance, and addressing their inquiries.
