MSC Technology - Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst

Role : SENIOR DYNAMICS 365 ANALYST

Job location : Bangalore - Yelahanka

Experience - 4 to 8

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interactions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to design high-level and low-level solution designs for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to support and refine the product vision and roadmap.
• Own and manage the product backlog, writing detailed user stories and securing stakeholder sign-offs.
• Ensure functional design aligns with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices.
• Provide day-to-day functional support to the development team by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage dependencies across products and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform basic configuration, functional testing, and support UAT activities.
• Prepare training materials, documentation, and assist in gap analysis.
• Support key users during testing and provide guidance for issue resolution.
