Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in D365 CRM, strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service modules as per business requirements.
- Build and maintain Macros and Scripts within the Dynamics 365 Customer Service workspace.
- Work with D365 Customer Service Slugs to extend functionality and optimize workflows.
- Create and integrate custom components using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and React.js for enhanced UI / UX.
- Design and consume Web APIs and integrate with external applications / services.
- Work with Canvas Apps for building user-friendly, low-code applications when required.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate technical concepts and requirements into deliverable solutions.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing updates and presenting technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Contribute to best practices, code reviews, and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
58 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, specifically within the Customer Service module.Strong experience in Macro and Script development within D365.Hands-on expertise with D365 Customer Service Slugs.Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, MVC Framework, and object-oriented programming.Strong front-end skills using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and React.js.Experience with Web API development and integration.Exposure to Canvas Apps and Power Platform components.Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentGood to Have :
Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure Services.Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies.(ref : hirist.tech)
