Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product / technology family and Can Lead and support business teams during implementation and support phases.

Must be able to Operate independently to provide quality work products to customer.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS and Fusion projects, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Should have very good Integration knowledge (Integration between SCM and Finance modules or third party systems).
• Collect and analyse business requirements for the SCM units of the Customer.
• Write business requirement documents and other functional related documentations via OUM / AIM methodology.
• Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.
• Respond to the customer queries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet customer specifications.
• Provide ERP functional consulting & Training at customer sites.
• Provide suggestions to configure the Oracle applications for optimum utilization.
• Work with documentation team to develop user guides and training materials.
• Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
• Lead and manage a team of Oracle SCM EBS / Fusion Cloud consultants.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (Internal and External).
• Should be well versed with SLAs / KPIs / Governance process.
