Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining communication with clients. The role requires building and nurturing relationships with potential clients to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings across multiple OTAs to ensure accuracy, visibility, and high conversion rates.
- Handle guest queries and bookings through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email with prompt, professional responses.
- Monitor and audit calendars across platforms to avoid double bookings and maximize occupancy.
- Support revenue generation by implementing dynamic pricing strategies and optimizing listings.
- Track booking patterns and competitor trends to suggest improvements in pricing and promotions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams for smooth pre-check-in and reservation-related support.
- Maintain OTA dashboards, track performance, and share periodic reports with management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred).1–3 years of experience in reservations, OTA management, or hospitality operations.Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and market dynamics in the vacation rental / hospitality sector.Excellent communication skills (written & spoken).Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Tech-savvy with knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and reservation management systems.A customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.Prior experience working in hotels will be a strong plus. ✅Skills Required
