Role Overview :
We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce leader to lead online sales growth across marketplaces and our D2C website. The role involves full ownership of e-commerce sales—from driving marketplace performance and online campaigns to optimizing the D2C funnel and conversion rates. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable growth and a best-in-class shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, QuickCommerce, etc.)
- Build & manage relationships with marketplace partners to drive visibility and sales.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and events in collaboration with partners.
- Monitor daily sales, pricing, stock availability, and customer feedback.
- Optimize product listings, content, and ratings to improve discoverability and conversions.
- Track competition, market trends, and pricing strategies.
D2C (Brand Website) Sales & Performance
Own the D2C sales funnel—from traffic generation to conversion and repeat purchase.Collaborate with marketing teams / agencies on performance marketing, retargeting, and CRO initiatives.Drive website SEO, on-page content to improve organic traffic.Analyze key funnel metrics (sessions, add-to-cart, conversion, drop-offs) and drive actionable improvements.Work with tech and design teams to ensure smooth user experience.Analytics & Growth
Monitor and report key KPIs—GMV, traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, repeat rate.Identify growth opportunities across platforms and channels.Optimize spends across paid, organic, and affiliate channels to maximize ROI.Lead a small internal team and manage external agencies for execution.Requirements
4–8 years of e-commerce experience managing marketplaces and / or D2C websites (preferably for high value products).Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, analytics tools, and growth levers.Hands-on experience with Amazon / Flipkart Seller Central, Shopify (or similar platforms), and Google Analytics.Exposure to SEO, performance marketing, and conversion optimization.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with an end-to-end ownership mindset.You should apply if :
