OTA Deployment Engineer

Description :

We are looking for a skilled OTA Deployment Engineer to manage and execute Over-The-Air (OTA) software updates for connected vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with deployment operations, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration in an automotive software environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform Over-the-Air (OTA) software deployments for vehicle updates.
• Learn and utilize Ford applications and proprietary tools to trigger, monitor, and track OTA deployments.
• Apply Ford-specific processes and tools to deploy OTA updates to company-owned and customer vehicles.
• Triage OTA deployment failures, analyze root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with software testing teams, quality teams, customer response centers, and dealership service teams to support issue resolution and redeployment.
• Contribute to the requirements definition, automation, and optimization of OTA Deployment Operations processes and tools.
• Support the training, documentation, and global standardization of Fords OTA deployment methodology.
