Forward Deployed Engineer

Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Forward Deployed Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary technical liaison between Uniken and our enterprise clients, ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of our solutions in their environments. Your expertise will drive the technical success of our projects, from pre-sales through to :

• Client Engagement : Serve as the primary technical point of contact during solution development and post-deployment optimization.
• Solution Deployment : Lead the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring seamless integration of Uniken's solutions into client systems.
• Technical Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Customization and Optimization : Tailor solutions to meet specific client requirements and optimize performance post-deployment.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and client interactions.
