• Collaborated with internal teams and clients to manage logistics for MICE events , including scheduling, ticketing, and issue resolution.
• Maintained and analyzed travel reports using MS Excel to optimize booking efficiency and cost savings.
• Coordinated travel across multiple time zones and managed availability during peak event seasons, including weekends and late evenings.
