Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive the growth in the market. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and promoting our best-in-class reefer boxes for temperature-controlled applications. Highly Attractive fixed and variable incentive packages.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation and Sales Prospecting : Actively identify and pursue new sales leads, targeting potential clients in industries such as logistics, pharmaceuticals, food, and agriculture.
  • Product Pitching & Promotion : Present and demonstrate range of temperature-controlled solutions, emphasizing the benefits of our superior insulation and innovative technology for safe, efficient transportation and storage.
  • Relationship Building & Client Retention : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Closing Sales Deals : Lead negotiations and finalize sales deals, ensuring alignment between client needs and company capabilities.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Market Research & Lead Generation : Research the market to identify new opportunities, key organizations, and decision-makers, contributing to the development of a robust customer database.
  • Client Needs Analysis : Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements for temperature-controlled solutions and identify potential areas of collaboration.
  • Client Outreach : Engage prospective clients through various communication channels (email, phone calls, meetings) to initiate sales conversations.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategies : Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns and strategies that generate interest in products and drive lead conversions.
  • Networking & Industry Engagement : Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to connect with potential clients, stay informed on industry trends, and represent the brand.
  • Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the technical advantages and reliability of reefer boxes.
  • Proposal and Quote Preparation : Develop customized proposals and quotations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Negotiation & Deal Finalization : Lead the negotiation process with clients and work to close contracts effectively and professionally.
  • Strategic Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including truck chassis dealers, refrigeration unit suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance business development opportunities.
  • Factory Visits and Product Demos : Arrange and conduct factory visits for potential clients, providing a firsthand look at manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards.
  • Travel Requirements : Regular travel across their respective territory, to expand market presence and grow the customer base.
  • Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
  • Strong knowledge of temperature-controlled solutions or similar industries (e.g., refrigerated containers, cold storage).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in an accessible manner.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territories.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
