Job descriptionMaintain trackers and reports (sales, inventory, expenses). Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and simple business models. Support day to day operations from vendor coordination to logistics follow ups. Conduct research and prepare presentations for new ideas and opportunities. Lead or participate in customer calls, vendor discussions, and partner meetings Work closely with the founder on strategic projects and decision making. Graduate in finance, commerce, or economics (freshers welcome). Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Good communication and presentation skills; confident to take on customer calls. Curiosity to learn, problem solve, and take ownership. Ability to support the founder on strategic initiatives and special projects. Eager to grow with the company and wear multiple hats. Direct mentorship from the founder. Hands on exposure across business functions. Learn end to end how a brand is built and scaled. - Islands of Loom is looking for a Business Associate (Founder’s Office), a versatile and motivated individual eager to learn the ropes of building and scaling a startup.
- This is an entry level role, best suited for recent graduates or early professionals with strong analytical skills and a finance or commerce background.
