Enterprise Sales Associate

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Associate based in Hyderabad, you will be a key player in our sales team.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads, setting up discovery sessions, and guiding prospects through the enterprise sales journey.

This role requires a proactive, high-energy individual with a passion for technology sales and customer engagement.

This position is ideal for an MBA graduate looking to apply their strategic and business acumen in a dynamic sales environment.

You will be at the forefront of our growth, contributing directly to our pipeline and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Qualification

  • Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Identify key decision-makers and assess business needs to qualify leads effectively.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' challenges and objectives.

Sales Engagement & Pipeline Development

  • Set up and facilitate discovery sessions to showcase our solutions and demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle, ensuring strong engagement and alignment with their goals.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to develop personalized sales strategies for key accounts.
  • Collaboration & Follow-Ups

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to leverage relevant collateral and insights.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate prospect information, touchpoints, and next steps.
  • Schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings, ensuring timely responses to all client inquiries.
  • Sales Support & Closing Assistance

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Support senior sales team members in negotiations and deal closures.
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Who You Are

    Experience : 1-3 years in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in Salesforce, DevOps, AI, or cloud solutions.

    Education : An MBA is required for this position, as you will be expected to leverage business knowledge to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales approaches.

    Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex value propositions clearly and concisely.

    Sales Acumen : A solid understanding of sales fundamentals, including qualification techniques and consultative selling.

    Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, Azure, other cloud-based solutions, automation, or enterprise software is a significant plus.

    Self-Starter : The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and proactively engage with prospects is essential.

    CRM Knowledge : Experience with Salesforce is preferred
