With a strong presence in India’s D2C and marketplace ecosystem, we’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to scale our performance on Amazon & Flipkart.
Role Overview :
We are seeking an E-commerce Ads Associate who will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads to drive sales, improve visibility, and achieve performance targets. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with marketplace advertising.
Responsibilities :
- Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns on Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Flipkart PLA / PPH campaigns .
- Manage campaign budgets, keyword bidding, and targeting to achieve platform KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CVR, ACoS).
- Allocate SKU-level budgets to maximize sales of priority products and ensure efficient scaling.
- Track daily campaign metrics — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, and ACoS / TACoS.
- Analyze keyword- and product-level performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor organic vs. paid share , ad rank, SERP position, and share of voice to guide improvements.
- Build and refine keyword strategies — branded, generic, competitor, and long-tail keywords.
- Plan monthly budgets aligned with sale events, promotions, deal periods, and new launches.
- Ensure correct creatives, copies, and ASIN / SKU mapping for all ad formats.
- Test new ad types, beta features, and experiments to enhance efficiency and scale.
- Create and maintain daily / weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.1–2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Ads and / or Flipkart Ads (mandatory).Strong understanding of marketplace metrics — CTR, CVR, ROAS, ACoS, TACoS.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets — formulas, pivot tables, data analysis.Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets.Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :
Prior experience in FMCG or Beauty & Personal Care.Familiarity with Amazon / FK automation tools, keyword tools, or marketplace analytics platforms.
