We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our growing wealth management team in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage a portfolio of
HNIs / UHNIs, Retail Affluent, and Corporate clients .
Prospect, onboard, and manage
investment distributors / IFAs
to expand product reach.
Understand client needs, assess risk appetite, and recommend suitable investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Alternative Investments, Fixed Income, etc.).
Conduct regular
portfolio reviews, client meetings, webinars, and investor events
to strengthen relationships.
Manage the complete sales cycle :
lead generation, pitching, documentation, closure, and post-investment servicing .
Coordinate with internal teams ( product, operations, compliance ) to ensure seamless execution.
Use
digital and social media platforms
to educate clients, build trust, and increase visibility.
Achieve
sales and revenue targets
including AUM growth, client onboarding, and distributor partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
2 to 7 years
of relevant experience in
wealth management, investment advisory, mutual fund distribution, or financial product sales .
Strong understanding of
wealth / investment products
and ability to pitch complex financial solutions.
Proven track record of
working with HNI / UHNI clients
and distributor / IFA engagement.
Excellent
communication and relationship-building
skills.
Strong phone and in-person presence; ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable in a
fast-paced fintech / startup environment .
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields
(MBA is a plus).
Professional certifications such as
NISM
CA, CFP or CFA
(preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in
fintech, wealth-tech, or alternative investments
will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements (Pre-requisites)
Prior experience in
Private Banking / Wealth Management setup .
Experience in selling products like
Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products, Alternative Investments .
Ability to handle clients with
minimum ₹25l+ investible surplus .
Strong
analytical and portfolio advisory skills .
Consistent job stability – minimum
3–4 years tenure
in present / previous organizations.
