Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic E-Commerce Manager to lead the launch and management of our new online pharma sales platform. The role involves overseeing platform setup, vendor onboarding, operations, and driving online sales growth through performance-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the launch and end-to-end management of our new pharma e-commerce platform.

Oversee platform operations including product cataloging, pricing, order flow, and customer experience.

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Manage tie-ups with vendors, logistics partners, and payment gateways.

Ensure compliance with pharma e-commerce regulations and data security standards.

Analyze sales reports, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with IT, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams for seamless operations.

Continuously optimize the platform for better performance and ROI.

Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.

4–8 years of experience in E-Commerce operations or platform management (preferably in pharma / FMCG).

Strong understanding of online marketplace models, digital campaigns, and user experience management.

Excellent project management and analytical skills.
