Job descriptionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
