We are seeking an experienced USA Sales Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team. This is a full-time remote role based in India , requiring alignment with US business hours EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with technology companies and agencies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and align Marvence Technologies’ staffing and Marketing solutions offerings accordingly.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
