Lead Pega Solution Architect

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to design and deliver enterprise-grade Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining application architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices, and guiding the development team throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Pega Platform.
• Lead the technical team in building scalable, secure, and efficient Pega applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable components.
• Review and ensure quality of deliverables through code reviews and solution validation.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
