Lead System Architect - Pega

We build mission-critical Pega applications that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and superior customer experiences across BFSI, insurance, and telecom sectors.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Lead architecture and delivery of end-to-end Pega solutions across analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Translate complex business requirements into Pega design artifacts case types, flows, UI, data pages, and decision strategies ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design and govern integrations using REST / SOAP, connectors, services, and data mapping; ensure optimal data modeling and performance tuning.
• Define and enforce Pega guardrails, coding standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries to improve delivery velocity and quality.
• Mentor and lead development teams : conduct design reviews, code reviews, technical onboarding, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with product, testing, and operations teams to define CI / CD pipelines, release strategies, and production incident resolution processes.
