About the Organization
TechProjects India Pvt. Ltd. operates the Global Capability Center (GCC) of C&S Wholesale Grocers, one of the largest grocery supply chain and wholesale distribution companies in the United States.
The C&S GCC in Hyderabad drives technology, innovation, and business operations across IT, digital transformation, supply chain, finance, procurement, and analytics functions.
We are expanding rapidly and seek an accomplished Director – Human Resources Administration to lead the HR function and manage all aspects of people operations for the GCC.
Position Summary
The Director of Human Resources Administration will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR, payroll, benefits, and employee experience functions for TechProjects GCC.
This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the GCC operates smoothly, complies with Indian employment laws, and aligns with C&S Wholesale Grocers’ global HR standards.
You will work closely with TechProjects corporate leadership and C&S HR teams in the U.S., serving as a key partner in driving people strategy, culture, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with TechProjects GCC and C&S’s global business objectives.
- Lead HR operations, compliance, and workforce planning for a growing multi-functional GCC organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to GCC leadership on talent, compensation, and organizational design.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Oversee HR administration including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes.Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR recordkeeping.Manage HR systems, data accuracy, and automation initiatives for efficient HR operations.3. Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, Shops & Establishment Act, PF / ESI, gratuity, income tax, and GCC employment policies.Maintain audit readiness and collaborate with internal and external auditors.Implement HR policies consistent with both Indian regulations and C&S global HR governance standards.4. Compensation, Benefits & Employee Wellbeing
Oversee compensation planning, variable pay programs, and employee insurance benefits.Manage vendor relationships for benefits, payroll, and HR software providers.Design wellness and retention programs to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.5. People Development & Culture
Drive learning and development programs aligned with GCC capability needs.Champion diversity, inclusion, and a performance-driven culture.Facilitate internal communications, recognition programs, and leadership engagement activities.6. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with U.S. HR teams, TechProjects leadership, and GCC function heads for workforce alignment.Provide HR insights and workforce analytics to support decision-making and organizational growth.Qualifications
12–18 years of progressive experience in HR operations, administration, and strategic HR leadership, preferably in GCCs, IT / ITES, or multinational organizations.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR compliance frameworks.Proven experience managing HR functions for a mid-to-large workforce (200–500+ employees).Familiarity with global HR collaboration, cross-cultural communication, and reporting to U.S. or multinational teams.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA / PGDM preferred).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.Location
