Collections Strategy

Our client is a fastest growing Fintech start-up. We are looking for a Collections Strategist who will drive data-driven collections strategy.

Preferred Experience & Skills :

• Experience in developing bucket allocation models, prioritization frameworks, and customer contact models and strategies.
• Design and implement best-time-to-contact models to improve engagement and repayment outcomes.
• Exposure to working closely with collections operations teams to ensure alignment between strategy and on-ground execution.
• Hands-on expertise in conducting deep-dive analytics to identify portfolio risks, customer behavior patterns, and actionable insights.
• Atleast 3 years of experience in collections analytics, credit risk.
• Hands-on experience in collections operations or as part of the frontline workforce is a plus.
