Summary :

The Sr. Business Development Manager will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support the marketing team in achieving overall revenue goals. A customer- oriented mindset and the ability to negotiate effectively are crucial.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and evaluate potential markets, clients, and business alliances.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote existing and new product lines.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, pitches, and marketing collateral.
  • Track and report on business development metrics, ensuring regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • MBA with B-Pharm with 10 years of experience
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Knowledge of product positioning, pricing strategies, and market segmentation.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
