Logistic Manager

Job descriptionManage outbound logistics operations including dispatch, packaging, and coordination with courier services Handle day-to-day shipment activities, especially dealing with small and single courier packets Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers across locations Maintain records of shipments and track deliveries to ensure smooth logistics flow Coordinate with courier partners and negotiate rates for different delivery zones Monitor delivery timelines and address any issues related to delays or misrouting Use Excel to manage dispatch data, shipment tracking, and logistics reports Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams for proper order fulfillment Maintain compliance with company logistics and dispatch policies
Candidate Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound logistics
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and data handling
- Preference will be given to candidates experienced in managing single courier packet shipments
- Familiarity with delivery rates across different zones and courier service providers
- Good coordination and communication skills
