Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics Operations

• Oversee daily dispatches, shipments, and delivery timelines for B2C and B2B e-commerce orders.
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping in coordination with warehouse teams.
• Monitor first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile logistics operations.
• Track real-time delivery performance and resolve shipment delays, exceptions, or losses.
