Delivery Manager

Program / Delivery Manager JD :

• Overall exp – 12-15 years in IT & Min 7 years exp as Program Manager / Delivery Manager handling multiple projects & well versed with Program management & Delivery process.
• Prior exp working on :
• NET full stack, Integrations + Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) & Data related programs
• Lead the planning & implementation of projects & programs
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, & deliverables
• Define project tasks & resource requirements
• Participate in RFP process & Solutioning
• Manage project budjet, resource allocation & track deliverables to closure
• Exp working in Agile – Scrum, Kanban & usage of Agile tools
• Monitor & report on progress of projects & communicate with stake holders
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Experience in planning, scheduling, risk & people management process.
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
• Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors
• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
• Resolve projects' higher scope issues
