Job Description : Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team responsible for power converter development.
• Own the full product lifecycle : architecture, simulation, design, prototyping, verification, and validation.
• Guide the specification, modeling, and design of complex power electronics systems.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices , project timelines, and quality standards.
• Lead PCB layout and mechanical design collaboration , ensuring design integrity and manufacturability.
• Build and manage relationships with third-party design vendors and test infrastructure partners .
• Define and implement a technology roadmap aligned with the company’s R&D and market growth goals.
• Drive recruitment and talent development , building a high-performing, technically excellent team.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation , including schematics, BOMs, and test plans.
• Work cross-functionally with product management , supply chain , and manufacturing for seamless product launches.
